Bernt Rygg is the SalsaNor rueda expert, having dedicated the last two decades to research and development on rueda de casino teaching methods and inspirational knowledge about rueda in general, used by rueda instructors and social dancers all over the world. He is the main creative force behind the rueda content (both workshops and social dancing) for the SalsaNor Rueda Congress, introducing new and challenging rueda topics at every edition.
Bernt is from Randaberg near Stavanger. He began dancing Rueda in 2000 and has taught Cuban Salsa and Rueda for several years. He has been involved with the SalsaNor Rueda Congress since its inception in 2002, teaching at the congress since 2005, and has been responsible for the Rueda content at the congress for the last 10 years. He is also central to the development of Rueda.Casino and the Rueda standard.
